JSC Jasyl Damu held a meeting with condominium associations and housing cooperatives of Astana on the EcoQolday program

As part of the nationwide initiative Taza Qazaqstan, Jasyl Damu JSC organized a meeting with representatives of condominium associations (OSI) and housing cooperatives (KSK) of Astana.

The main topic of the meeting was to explain the opportunities of the EcoQolday digital platform, which enables residents to hand over paper, plastic, and glass waste for recycling and receive additional income in return.

The program is aimed not only at reducing the volume of municipal solid waste but also at fostering a new environmental culture among the population. Through EcoQolday, residents can contribute to environmental protection, support the development of a circular economy, and help keep the city clean.

"One of our key priorities is to instill eco-culture. We believe that engaging residents and neighborhood committees in the practice of separate waste collection will become a crucial factor for the program’s success," noted Jasyl Damu JSC.

During the meeting, participants discussed practical mechanisms for implementing the platform, ways to motivate residents, and future cooperation to expand the program’s outreach.

Jasyl Damu JSC will continue to promote sustainable environmental initiatives and invites all stakeholders to actively participate in the EcoQolday project.
