Starting from November 3, 2025, access recovery to the personal account (password reset or change of email address) will be carried out through the Automated Information System “Accounting for Utilization Payment Receipts” — https://app.recycle.kz.

Submitting requests via the e-Otinish portal for password reset is no longer required.
